This statement explains how Herd Apps LLC ("Herd Apps", "we", "us") handles information when you visit herdapps.com. Each of our products publishes its own privacy policy on its own website, and that policy applies when you use the product.
What we collect on this website
This website has no accounts, forms, advertising trackers or analytics, and we do not sell or share personal information.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to reply and handle your inquiry.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site against bots.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries about partnerships, investment, press and careers, and meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and email (Cloudflare, Google and Microsoft), with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with the inquiry and for our records. Information sent to us about careers is kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect the information we hold.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. To make a request, email admin@herdapps.com.

This website and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Herd Apps is based in Florida, United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
